Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days under the following conditions for Office Chairs:
a) Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
b) The product or parts of the product or accessories that were described on the website as “In the Box” was missing.
If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without Intimation. In such cases, QYMEX will not be liable to accept return/exchange. Also, if the product is lost during transit the customer will be held responsible for it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Every care has been taken to ensure that the product details are correct. All dimensions are measured by hand, so there might be a very slight variation. Whilst the image is a true representation of the standard product, slight variation in color replication may occur due to lighting/flash during photography or your monitor settings.
Warranty Or Return does not cover minor imperfections in the product that broadly meet design specifications or imperfections that do not materially alter the Product’s functionality
Return not available on any kind of Tables: Height Adjustable Desk and Executive Desk.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: B - 70, Gami Industrial Park, Plot No. C39/1, TTC Industrial Area, Pawne, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705
In case, if customer wants to return the product because they didn’t find it comfortable then the customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We are the suppliers of premium imported office chairs. All our products are sourced from BIFMA certified companies abroad and we receive them in dismantled parts. Once these parts are assembled for delivery it is very difficult to dismantle the same and would need a professional help for the same. .
How do I cancel an order? .
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. .
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online or through email at support@qymex.com. Your refund will be processed by deducting the transport charges, once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. .
Once product delivered the customer has 3 days window to return the product. The product has to be repacked properly and hand over to the nearest Transport office in safe & sound condition. The product will be checked on arrival for any damage done, If the product is damaged the transportation charge and the damage charges will be deducted from the refund amount. If product reaches us safely only transport charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded in 4 to 5 working days. .
How long will it take to process my cancellation request? .
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
